Where are you located?

Our main office is in Barbados, West Indies. Our office handles all of our sales and marketing and, our team members work from remote locations in Barbados.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are AST 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription at anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription any time before your next billing cycle. Please allow us (48hrs) notice. Just send us an email to natwalbusiness.solutions@gmail.com and we will adjust your plan. The Client shall settle any invoice(s) or billable hours due and owing at the point of cancellation.

Booking Policy for Cancellations and No-Shows:

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 2 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

2. No-Show Policy:

  • A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice.

  • In the event of a no-show, a non-refundable deposit fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement to secure future appointments with full payment.

3. Payment Information:

  • Deposits and fees can be paid through online bank transfer or cash payments are accepted.

  • Please note that all fees must be settled before any future bookings can be confirmed.

What is Natwal Business Solutions' refund policy?

Natwal Business Solutions try to make sure that clients are satisfied with our work. Once the subscription fee for any of our plans is processed, we will be unable to grant refunds, not including exceptions stated in the Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not want to continue with your monthly plan you can cancel before your next billing cycle.

How does Natwal Business Solutions bill?

Plans will be charged on a monthly basis starting from the date you sign our services agreement. 50% of the agreed sum is charged upfront as a deposit. Payments will be invoiced after the approval of each milestone. Invoices will be issued on the last day of each month for services rendered during the month and become due for settlement on or before the 5th day of the ensuing month.
